Home Buyer’s Inspection
This is a comprehensive and impartial visual inspection that meets or exceeds
the Standards of Practice of the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensing

Home Seller’s Inspection
This inspection is identical to the Home Buyers Inspection, except that
this inspection is ordered and paid for by the Seller. It is normally ordered
at the time of listing a property to discover any defects or problems that
may exist prior to any offers. This gives the home seller better control
during negotiations. It may prevent a deal from falling through because
of some surprise that was discovered by a Home Buyer’s Inspection.
Eagle-Eye Home Inspection Services uses the HomeGauge computerized reporting
system. This system provides the most advanced inspection report available
today. The Homegauge Computerized Reporting System allows the inspector
to include color pictures in the report, as well as the ability to provide
reports by email. These E-Reports may be viewed as often as needed and printed
as many times as necessary.
