Whether buying or selling your home, an Eagle-Eye
Home Inspection is a
valuable tool to obtain the  condition and value of your home. All of us
have concerns about specific areas of a home. All of these concerns will
be addressed both verbally and in a computerized inspection report. This
report will graphically show areas of concern, as well as the positive aspects
of the home, with digital color pictures.
All inspections are preformed in compliance with the standards of practice
of the North Carolina Licensed Home Inspectors Association and the North
Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board.
